OHC Trade Room provides trading and investing education, market commentary, and mentorship. We are an educational platform. We are not a broker, fund manager, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or any other person registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria, and nothing we provide is investment advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use paid Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Keep your login credentials confidential at all times
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We offer one-off course purchases, recurring memberships, live trading rooms, and mentoring. Prices, billing cycles, and access durations are stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing date until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@ohctraderoom.com and we will review the claim in good faith.

Live sessions are scheduled for the times announced. We do our best to deliver every session as planned, but reserve the right to reschedule for operational reasons. Recordings, where provided, are for your personal viewing only.

You may not record, screen-share, broadcast, redistribute, or publish any session, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account.

All content within the Services — including written materials, videos, recordings, frameworks, templates, indicators, charts, and the OHC and OHC Trade Room marks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the content for your own learning only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Share your account or login credentials with any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the platform.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Harass, intimidate, or abuse other members of the community.
• Use anything you learn to provide regulated investment services to third parties without your own appropriate authorisations and licences.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, particularly Sections 5, 6, or 7. On termination for breach, no refund is due. You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

The Services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Nigerian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria, unless we agree in writing to mediation or arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be notified by email or via a notice on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
